Temporary Bookkeeper - Summary Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations during a short-term assignment. This role requires strong QuickBooks experience and the ability to handle routine bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general bookkeeping activities, including data entry and basic financial record maintenance.
  • Process bills and payments, and assist with vendor coordination.
  • Complete regular account reconciliations.
  • Support post-closing duties for title transactions.
  • Assist with trust accounting tasks and ensure compliance with required procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience using QuickBooks (required).
  • Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with title-related work and trust accounts is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
